ATF: Bighorn - Convection oven can't heat past 324 deg F

We had our first chance to use the convection oven this weekend. Because I read so much about inaccurate temperatures, I purchased a digital oven thermometer that is guaranteed + - 5 deg F. I needed 375 to cook something and I set it to that temp. It said it had the right temp when the oven was 312. I then set the oven to 450, the highest it will go. When it indicated it had hit that temperature, it was at 329.

How would you like to handle this?

I was contacted directly by the manufacturer (wholesaler?) of the microwave. They are sending a replacement tomorrow. I am incredibly impressed by Heartland customer service's great response to my post. Definitely a happy ending.
