I got Heartland tech support to tell me that on a 3570 it was behind the control panel, and I should listen to a click when I pressed the remote. It was way behind many wires and hard to see and to find the button to push when programming the remote. When I did so, nothing happened except for the bedroom slide. When I would press the awning button, the main slides would move. The whole thing is a worthless piece of junk as far as I'm concerned. I wonder what the cost was of putting them in the trailers? If they are going to put them in, at least give some instructions on them.
