I have called the twice and left a message but know one has returned my call. I have used the contact email also with no response. How do i get get in touch with your tech help department??????

Call Heartland Customer Service at 877-262-8032. Have your VIN # ready. Let them know that AJJONES responded to your Forum Post and told you someone from service would call but never did. Ask to stay on hold until someone can speak with you.
