Awning Won't Work and Blows Fuses

Hello,
My awning will not work. I noticed it blew a fuse, so I replaced it...but then again it blew that fuse as well (and a few more). It has the right power source. Can anyone give me a bit of advice on what my next step should be?

Welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum.

The fuse blows because the hot wire apparently has insulation damage somewhere and the wire is touching a piece of metal that is grounded.

I'd suggest starting by examining the wires to the awning where they exit the side wall to get to the motor.
