Basement question

I have a 2011, 3610re, bighorn, when you open the big slam hatch next
to the entry door. At the top of the opening there is a long box 4"x 4" that runs the whole length of the slam hatch. I have been told its the drain for the washer , does anyone no for sure. I want to remove it, so i can carry a 4 wheel elec cart. Thanks for your help.

That box does carry some plumbing as well as some electrical wires. The box should only be held in place with four screws. I have had the box down several times running wires for different mods. The box on my unt also houses the the level up computer.

Hi currituck0209,

We have the 2011 Landmark Rushmore which has the rear entertainment center. The washer/dryer is in the front corner on the Doorside. The raceway at the top of the hatch opening does contain the washer/dryer plumbing.

It's not hard to remove it if you want to take a look. There's some trim on the left that comes out first and a few screws here and there holding the raceway.
