Bedroom slide cables loose

Hi
i I have a 2022 bighorn traveler and notice the bedroom slide cable have 0 tension. They should have some correct? Any idea what could cause this?

Also thank you for showing me there are more resources there. I’m new to heartland coming from forest river and all clubs are some different

There are turn buckles inside to tighten them. If the turn buckle does not have enough adjustment, a new cable set needs to be installed and adjusted. The turn buckles are ether at the top or bottom of the side. On my Big Horn they were at the bottom. So yes you do need to do some dismantling to see them.
