Best Route from Cheyenne WY to Yellowstone - would appreciate suggestions

We are in Nebraska looking to enter WY tomorrow on I 80W - First time west of the Mississippi and fairly new campers (3 yrs). Would like to reach Yellowstone Monday/Tuesday at the latest. Prefer to stay on straight roads as much as possible right now.

Are there any suggestions as to best route as far as straight roads and accessibility to gas stations?

I live south of Cheyenne. When we head up that way we take I-80 to Rawlins WY and get on 287 from there. Fairly straight and there are enough small towns along the route to get fuel. We enjoy the drive.
