We had a hitch spring bend and fall out from under our hitch. Called Reese to buy what we needed and a guy named Bill sent these right out no charge/warranty. They showed up by FedEx less than 48 hours later.
Way to go Reese, we appreciate the service.
On my Reese Titan, I lost the bracket that holds the handle parallel when it slides back and forth to lock and unlock the hitch. Called Reese and they overnighted me a new bracket...No Charge. I Agree, Great customer service.
