Bighorn 3925 won't retract

- Bedroom retracted with keypad, but kitchen and living room won't. Tried to do it manually under the RV by turning the bar with a wrench, but as one retracted the other extended out. Can anyone help?

You should have been provided a flex tool to operate the hydraulic pump using it and a cordless dill. Do you have that device?

We tried the flex tool and drill for 2 hours and it didn't work. That's why we tried using a wrench

You must use a 5/32 mil Allen key and turn the solenoid which controls the fluid movement.The Allen key inserts on the end of the solenoid.Turn it in the opposite direction which is open, disconnect the power plug on the end of the solenoid,then using drill - wind your slide in.Then turn it back to the closed position.
Your kitchen and living room slide are most likely on the same solenoid.
Your legs have a separate solenoid,only open 1 solenoid at a time.
IF you do NOT open the solenoid .....then using the drill is a waste of time because the fluid cannot flow back to the tank.

Follow this procedure after determining the solenoid for the slide outs. One solenoid will control both slides

Same process using the solenoid for the slide outs. There are multiple solenoids in the hydraulic system
