Bottom of the slide out floor gouged

So the bottom of out slide out is gouged through the plastic into the wood. This is on a 2019 Cyclone 4007 that we purchased in May 2019 so still has warranty but sick of taking back for warranty unless I need too. I can't see how it is getting gouged looking at everything, no rollers just a big plastic bar.

When the slide is out, bring it in a few inches then check that plastic bar looking from the inside as well as the outside.
You might have a screw backing out or some debris stuck on that bar.

Peace
Dave

I did that and I used my inspection camera and see nothing, if I was a little handier I would post a picture but pretty new to this forum and don't have that figured out yet. Sorry

Thank you Dave,
I did do that and I took my inspection camera and everything looks good. I would post a picture but new to the site and don't quite have that down yet, I'll keep working on that so you can see what I'm trying to say.

Thank you

I had two slides doing the same thing....crawled under and adjusted the offending side upwards about 1/2 inch. It's really relatively easy to raise the entire slide on the rack.

We have a 2019 - 4007 and our dbl. slide has 3 - rollers on the smaller slide and 4 - rollers on the larger slide. No indication of any damage to the underside. We purchased ours in Jan. And have used it 7 times including this weekend right now. That could be a labor intensive repair I would think. I’m sorry to hear that your unit is out of adjustment..! Hope you get this resolved..!
