broyhill sofa

I have a 2015 new cyclone 3010. The Sofa has an electric recliner. The recliner came with a bent bar that prohibits it from closing all the way. I have been getting the run around from the service department, Hearland and Broyhill. They want a serial number for the recliner but there is none on the chair.

Does anyone have any history related to the Broyhill

If you contacted Broyhill, have you asked Broyhill where the serial number is supposed to be located?
