Sure I love my Cyclone 4012, but I don't love Heartland and the way they have ignored all of the problems. Broken water pump (several times), water leak (has ruined our floor in the kitchen and living room). Many other problems but I'll stop here. As full timers I wish Heartland would take care of their customers. We purchased our Cyclone partly due to the fact they have/had such a good reputation. We get to walk on soften floors every day as our Cyclone is our home. I don't want to get into specifics, but Heartland has already receive my email, including documentation. Please make us happy Heartland owners again.
