Thanks for the pictures Walt. Are you planning on removing all the plywood in that area? I applaud your efforts because body and or fiberglass work has never been my forte. Now if you need a picnic table or outdoor chair, I can manage that.

I think a good skim coat of resin should do it. I let plywood dry and sanded it, poor grade it sands to powder easily. I am guessing as i go along. I think I can epoxy or glue the original piece back. I may try the gorilla glue. I had to do something it was spreading at the bottom.
