dometic 3962 acting up

This is a 2012 Bighorn 3585 with the Dometic 3962 . Have had cooling problems w/both freezer and refer since day one. If its 90 outside the refer set at #4 would only cool down to about 39. We had the dealer put the baffle system in...no help. Now a new problem....I think. We are in St. Louis with last night temp getting down to 15. The temp on the refer read 44. The temp last nigh read 37. It seems like now the colder it gets outside the warmer the box gets...both refer and freezer. The dealer as been playing with this box for 2 years now. At what point does a person calls this box a lemon.

After two years of trying to get that thing working, I think it's time for your dealer to contact Dometic.
There are a couple of questions worth asking.
Is the cooling fan, or fans, in the back working?
Is #4 the coldest setting, or are there 5 levels cooling?
Again, at this point, or some time in the past two years, Dometic should have been involved.
