Dometic CCC2 / heat zone 2

2013 LM Key Largo

Lost heat last night, checked CCC2 had E1 error. Did reset got the INIT screen and Zone 1 only with selections for cool and fan. Did the front stat and still have zone 1 but, still have the selection for furnace.

Good A/C DC fine, no blown fuses on the 12v panel.

Ideas?

Hi Dave,

E1 error code indicates lost communication with the control board. This could be at the thermostat, at the control board that may be located on the underside of the living room A/C unit, or at the furnace. Also could be poor 12V supply.

E1 Causes:

–

Loss of communications

Two power module DIP switches set as same zone.

Communication cable.

12 Volt DC not clean, Try direct DC from battery.

Causes Power Module to shut down
