i have issue with main awning not rolling out when hit switch.I notice motor running and awning moves about 4 inches and arms quit moving on both ends and acrylic awning starts to unroll material but arms don't move maybe few inches.i have to push awning arm by door and it will unroll great.I have checked arms on both ends and don't see nothing bent or sticking.I have dry lubed everything I can see on pivot points and arms inside and out.I also replaced both shocks on arms also and bought from HL parts department.I have electric awning on slide and it works great over tv area on dinette slide.I just wonder if awning is sticking together when rolled up and need to clean with something .I do clean awning with just water and scrub and wipe dry.I have landmark Ashland 2015 and need help figuring this out and I store inside my pole barn 80 percent of time unless camping.
