Thanks for your entry. I very quickly noticed the plural form of pie (pies) and of course one of my favorites would be chocolate. Being from NC, my mother made chocolate pie on special occasions, with marainge. (spelling) A southern favorite! I'm also looking forward talking to you guys about your new venture.

Congrats on your new purchase. AND I'm especially glad you could get a spot. We have been filling them up pretty quickly. They are adding spots daily and we are taking them almost as fast. I know you will love the Heartland family. What you will find is a group of Friends who are always looking for new members. We are looking forward to seeing you there.

Keith, I am afraid where Sam goes I go so she will be bringing me along.
I know it has to be out of feeling sorry for me.... and yes it has been too long. Cant wiat to see you and Carol-just stay out of my spot please. For some reason we remembered that Mickey. Sam has a surprise for you.

Have not met him but, right off the bat, I know I'm gonna like this guy "Keith".
I do see a problem in the future though. I know that this is going to be hard to believe for those of you that have met me and have observed my "girlish figure"....BUT, I love pies also. Looks like Mickey and I will be competing for Sam's pies.
Sam, I'm not going to tell you what Mickey said, but I want you to know that I think you are a sweetheart.

For those of you who don't know Dick yet....he has quite the line of .....well he has a very, very dry sense of humor. AND he was a saleman for most of his career! I know, I know, we won't hold any of that against him; if we did he wouldn't have any friends . And about that girlish figure....! Well I'm not going to say anything bad about him because he has the most endearing wife, and she can tell some stories about her husband if you can get a little wine in her.

I was thinking Dick needed to come out of his shell a little more. He kind of holds back too much like that other Dick (Hill). Cant get either one of them to open up!

First off congrats on your new rig. Second we would love to have you. OK lets talk details. The Resort is really pretty full. This is their busy time of year. They are adding spots daily in the new section and they are gorgous spots. If you are going to receive your coach I would make the reservation now if possible. The problem is they charge a cancellation fee if you cancel, because this is a very busy place. If you wait there is good possibility you won't get a spot. If they are full now, ask to be placed on a waiting list as soon as they have space....remember they are adding daily. But if you don't know yet if you can make it you'll have to take a chance. It's not a problem on our end, it's just whether you can get a spot or not. We are looking forward to seeing you there.

The Weigh-It portable scale guy will be there on 20th I believe, and will weigh you at your site if you are already there. So there is no need to drive anywhere. This is of course harder on him but he said he would do that for the people who beat him to rally. I will call him today and get all the details. When people check in at resort, and want to be weighed, they tell the front desk, they will escort you to site to be weighed, before you set up. Then you will go to your site. Only takes a couple of minutes, then after you are set up and disconnected, you have to drive your truck over scale again, and you will get a print out of weights, and he will go over your weights with you and explain.

Dick, just get your check book ready and buy this monster from Mickey-then you could tow your boat, a second car and a box trailer on the back for all your toys. Just trying to help you Dick!!!!

Hey Mickey, looking forward to our first rally. Just found out that our daughter and her husband will visit us on the weekend. Can I make additional reservations for the two of them for the Pig Pickin' on Saturday. If so how much will it be and who should we pay?
