EVENT: Heartland Chapter Rally: FL, Williston - 3/22/2013 to 3/24/2013

Our first campout was the Fl. Rally at Lazy days in 2011. It was a challenge backing into those sites because they are not diagonal. George and Julie our neighbors,will do just fine. They have been practicing backing off of a very busy road. I have to pull out onto that road and that is a challenge. I cannot imagine what it is like going thru that because a lot of people think that street is the slow lane of the Daytona Speedway....

We will be there, just waiting to finalize our plans for Bristol before making reservations for Williston. I'll confirm later once our reservations are made, but we will be there. Ken

O.K.... Just made reservation for site 398 - March 21 for 4 nights. This will be our first rally although RV'd a lot over last 40 years in a number of different rigs. This will be the first leg of our run West next summer.

It has been said that if you snooze you lose. And we almost did! Turns out Miz Edie said that we got the last HOC space for the rally. WHEW!!! She gave us site #416 and we will arrive on the 20th and depart on the 25th. See all of you there. Let the Florida Rally begin!!!

We've reserved site 398 at the Campground; didn't know if we needed to register with anyone else or not..... but just in case
