Leo’s RV Recreation Center, our local dealer, has made a very generous donation towards our Saturday Potluck Dinner so we were able to hire a local caterer to provide a pulled pork and a chicken entrée. Now all we need are our great Heartland cooks to bring a side or dessert dish and we'll be all set. We will need 11 people to make a bean dish (baked beans, black bean salad, etc.); 11 people to make a potato or macaroni salad; 10 people to make cole slaw; and 11 people to make a dessert. Each dish should feed between 8 to 10 people. Please let us know what you would like to bring and we will post it on the first page of our rally thread. Looking forward to seeing everyone at the Castaways.

Just to update our "?" end date status - we will be leaving on Monday, the 27th. We will bring cole slaw for the potluck.

Thanks Susan, Karen, Marsha, Pam, and Debbie. Your selections have been posted. As a side (no pun intended-lol) bean dish choices could also include butter beans or succotash too or even green beans--what ya think?
