Changing the sites to first come first serve, is rather disturbing. We signed up for this rally a year ago, and I picked my site for a reason. ��

Rod and Kelly, No worries on our part for the RV Park taking over and not knowing our site until we arrive. That's life in dealing with Indian Casino RV parks who no longer want rallies. Thanks for all your efforts dealing with them and the myriad of changes from your attendees. Not to mention the work to set up venues and activities for the week. You guys rock. Not many people working full time would be willing to volunteer so many hours to make sure we all have a great time. THANK YOU.

Some things are just beyond our control and this is one of them. They are not saying that they will move everyone, but that they can not guarantee the sites we have assigned as we have people coming and going on several different days. The only way to get it to where we can assign the sites is that EVERYONE would have to come in and leave all on the same date. We will just have to make the best of it. I have changed your arrival date to the 18th.

We have been to many Heartland Rally's all throughout the West, and I can never recall that "requesting" a site when you sign up was some promise or guarantee that you would get that specific site. Actually, I don't recall being asked which site I would prefer for this rally.
So the park has that responsibility now. Friends will only be a short walk away, at most. Thanks for all the hard work on bumpy roads, R & K.
