Tuesday September 25th 1:30 - 3:00 pm Helwig Winery is giving us another time slot for those that couldn't fit into the Thursday time slots. Those that are holding over until Wednesday the 26th or later could sign up for this time slot to allow those leaving early to sign up for earlier times. Again, email Kelly Ditrich if interested and advise which time slot you would like to attend. Groups are limited to 20 tasters.

Anyone who has attended a Heartland Rally knows that we do our best to pre plan...and occasionally things may need to be 'shifted' and we need to remain flexible. We also have several classes and presentations that are being planned throughout the week. A more comprehensive(but ever changing) agenda will be posted soon. We just wanted to get this information out there now to give people a chance to start planning their week.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone soon!

And the stellar sleuth is applauded! Hey all,

Henderson's Lineup from Grant's Pass Oregon is participating is participating in the Pacific Region Rally. They will be at Jackson Rancheria all day Monday and Tuesday and has offered a complete truck and trailer weighing and and safety inspection. The cost of this is $89.00 and is limited to the first 12 people who sign up. The weighing is each tire and wheel (DRW's get weighed as one), showing how much weight is distributed to each tire. The safety inspection is for both the tow vehicle and trailer. The weighing will be done at your site so you will not have to unhook your rig. It will require you to have your truck hooked up to your trailer and will have to roll forward or backward approximately 18" in order to pull up onto and off of the scales. If you are interested, please email us at this link ASAP.

Friday September 21st 9:30 am - ??? GOLF @ Castle Oaks Golf Club 1000 Castle Oaks Drive, Ione,
This will be considered a Tournament by the Golf Club, because we should have approximately 20 + golfers. We will be doing a Best Ball Scramble and there will be a few prizes.
Golf Fees are $57.00 per player with a cart and practice balls. First Tee Times will start around 9:30 am and then every 8 to 10 minutes. For signups email Dan Sullivan: Dan Sullivan

Saturday September 22nd 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm-ish Black Chasm Tours $15 fee per person. Please read a little about the tour, this requires numerous stairs and a couple tight dark places (headlamps are helpful). This little gem is a phenomenal little piece of not very well known California history. If interested, please email Kelly Ditrich to sign up so we have the appropriate number of tour guides on hand.

Sunday September 23rd 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm-ish Leona Conklin's THAI COOKING 101 $15 fee as stated previously, please TEXT Leona at 916-667-2522 space limited to 25 people(bring your own cutting board and knives) at the Clubhouse, Jackson Rancheria.

Monday September 24th 10 am - noon Sue Hickman's CARD Crafting Class $5 fee per person for supplies this will be held at the tent, Jackson Rancheria, Contact Sue Hickman to sign up.

Monday September 24th 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm-ish Indian Grinding Rock State Park Tours Small Entrance fee required. NO shuttle available, we will need to carpool, BUT IT'S WORTH IT!! Email Kelly Ditrich to sign up. Again, the park would like a head count so they have the appropriate number of tour guides on hand to make sure everyone has an enjoyable experience.
