Reservation Info:------------------------------All reservations must go through Rod and Kelly Ditrich and not the park. Kelly and I are required to collect all reservations fees, subject to a payment schedule to the park as outlined below. We will also be assigning sites so put on the reservation form listed below if you have any special requests. Attached are 2 group reservation forms (one is PDF and one is in Microsoft Word) to complete and email or send via US Mail back to us (address on the bottom of the form). We will be assigning sites so if you have a specific site request (near a friend, ADA compliant, etc..) please put that in the "special requests" section of the form. The site fees are $36.00 per night during the rally period (Sept 13 - 20, 2017) and normal Seven Feathers RV Resort rates outside of the scheduled rally dates. The first form is a PDF and can be completed by hand or using Adobe Acrobat. The other is a Word Form if you have Microsoft Word or IOS Pages and can be completed with those programs.
For those that are wanting to stay before and/or after the rally (Sept 13th - Sept 20th, 2017) things will change a bit. The park is requiring that Kelly and I make the reservations using the above attached reservation forms. They need to reflect ALL the dates you would like your reservations for. The park has no way to really track what sites people will be staying in during the rally until they get our forms with will be the beginning of sept 2017. So, when people were calling to make their pre and post rally reservations it was too much to try to manage and very confusing for the park. The park has now set aside 46 sites for us that will be held from 9/9/2017 to 9/23/17 (which also includes the rally dates) for people that need pre and post reservations. The first 46 people that want to come early or stay late and get their forms and money to us will get the sites. Those sites for pre/post rally dates (from 9-9-17 to 9-23-17) that are on hold are sites 118-157 and 159-160. What we will need from you:
1/ Those that have already sent reservation forms that want pre and post rally dates will need to send us updated forms including all your dates.
2/ The money we need from you will only be the $36 per night for the the rally dates only. Any pre and post dates will be paid directly to the park when you check in.
3/ The $25 one time per person rally cost.
AGAIN...there are only 46 sites available for pre and post rally ALL FIRST COME FIRST SERVE...So, if you want one HURRY and get your forms in. After we send in our final payment to the park which will be around the 1st of September 2017 the park will be able to tell you if there are any available sites for pre and post reservations be aware you will most likely have to switch sites.
We have to have all sites paid in full (100% of all site fees) by September 13th, 2017. The following is a non negotiable payment schedule set up by Seven Feathers RV Resort. The payment schedule is as follows: 1st payment of 33% of the site fees due to Seven Feathers RV Resort no later than May 13, 2017, 2nd payment of 33% of the site fees due to Seven Feathers RV Resort no later than July 13th, 2017 and as stated above, final payment for all reserved sites due to Seven Feathers RV Resort no later than September 13, 2017.
On July 13, 2017 they cancel all of the remaining unreserved sites we have reserved for our group and they go back to the park. Any cancellations after July 13th result in a non refundable charge equal to one nights fee.
We need to have the above form completed and sent to us with payment for a minimum of your first nights reservation costs ($36.00 plus $25.00 per person, which is the cost of attending the Regional Rally) to Rod and Kelly no later than May 1st, 2017, which allows us the opportunity to pay the first payment in the schedule. You can send your payment in full by May 1st to avoid making any further payments. We need all remaining site fees paid in full no later than July 1st, 2017. This way we have the money to pay the park and meet all future payment schedules. If you cancel before July 13th, then we will refund you completely, including the $25.00 per person Regional Rally Event Fee. If you cancel after July 13th, then you will receive a refund in full minus your first nights site fee. Please PM me or email me for my address to mail the registration form and payment to.
T-Shirts are included at no additional cost. Please put your T-Shirt sizes on the attached reservation form for every paid member attending.
