Exterior shower hose in dock

This week end I tried to use the exterior shower hose in the dock but with both knobs turned wide open water only dribbled out and that was with the hose just barely pulled out. Can I take the four screws out of the hose housing to get behind it or do I have to take the basement wall down to see what is going on?

I would say go ahead and take the basement wall off... most likely the hose is wrapped around the cables or other water pipes or something and you would need to remove the hose from the backside anyway.
Mine was.

OK - this is probably a dumb thought, but I've done this. Are you sure the Spray On/Off button on the shower head was in the ON position and not locked in the OFF position?

Probably have a pinched hose. Remove the three or four screws that go into the basement wall panel from inside the dock. Then throw them away as you don't really need them. The go on the other side of the docking station and pull the panel that is at an angle out and you you can get behind everything. It will move like it's hinged on the side toward the center of the trailer. Just push it closed when you're done and it will stay in place without the screws. Be prepared to see a mess of wires and hose if you haven't looked in there before...Don

The first picture of THIS series shows the panel removed.

In our other BC, the hose behind the basement wall was double knotted, therefore no water flow. After un-twisting it, it worked fine. Haven't tried the new BC out yet but will probably have to do the same. No biggy.
