Fabric softener dispenser not functioning

Anyone has this issue and what was the fix?

Have you pulled out the dispenser drawer? From my memory the softener has to go through a tube. It gets all gunned up.

You have to really tug on the drawer but it will come out.

Bev. Says thanks it pulled straight out, and it is clogged.
