Front Landing Gear on Cyclone 3800

We have a 2012 Cyclone...and it just came back from the dealer for some post-factory fixes....Prior to going in...both front landing gear came down at the same time....now one comes down and then the other one....is that normal...is it possible it wasn't working right prior to going in...and the other electrical issues that were fixed-corrected this?

Thanks

Ours does the same thing. It's the first one with hydraulic landing gear we've owned. I assume that it is set up that way so a leveled up camper stays that way on uneven ground as it is lifted with the landing gear.

The hydraulic legs are both actuated at the same time, equal pressure. The leg that happens to have less resistance goes first. If both legs had equal resistance and the hoses the exact same length, they would move the same time.

As the way it works, it is to our advantage. One leg will come down, hit the ground and stop, forcing the other leg down, until it hits ground. Once the pressure is equalized the jacks will move in unison.

This lets the legs lift the trailer equally and eliminates the need for leg pads to even out the electric landing gear legs
