galley slide or drivers side

Hello all,i recently purchased a 2011 ElkRidge fifth wheel model 34TSRE. The slide is starting to tear into the floor when it is coming in.How do I adjust it? It is only doing it on one end.

If you click on 'Tools' in the navigation bar above you can click on 'Owners Manuals' then navigate to 'Slide Outs'. You should be able to find a manual for your particular slide out.

I would also check that your rollers on you slide are not broken or defective. Had one side of my floor cut into due to a broken roller.
