Craig, you restored my confidence in your company. You went above and beyond to satisfy an extremely disgruntled Heartland owner. The Factory would not authorize replacement of the Hydraulic soaked belly pan so you took it on yourself to replace the bad portion. You also detailed the rig prior to me picking it up. It looked better than it did when we originally purchased the coach last year. I will most likely bring the coach back 'post warranty' because of you. Thank you!
