Help! Washer won’t drain

We bought a new 2017 bighorn with a stackable washer and dryer. Has worked beautifully last summer. Took RV into Camping World for some warranty work and it took them six months to complete a few issues. Of course the one year warranty expired while it sat on the lot. We picked it up this weekend and the first time I used the washer I got a F-05 error light. No place in the instruction book does it have a list of error codes. I finally found one on line. Says the drain is plugged, which could be correct as there is water in the tub and when I try to drain it it will not drain. Any suggestions and advice on this is GREATLY appreciated as we are two days into our summer trip.

If you pull of the bottom plastic face plate there is a cleanout plug there.
You might try looking into that.
Water will come out when you remove it so I hope you have an overflow pan under the washer.
