This is my first post, I had the same issue with Hisense Residential Refrigerator and I contact Hisense support at Hisense Customer Support number 888-935-8880 and had I a response from there technical folks and they shipped me the Complete Thermal Fuse harness and a new Defrost sensor, also they sent me instructions on how the remove old harness and sensor and install new one. I found the instruction on a You Tube Video but they have since recommended that the Thermal Fuse Harness be located on top of coils.
