We have been having problems/issues with our 2013 Norcold Model 1210 Refrigerator for the past few months as others have had on this forum. While our mobile RV repair service (Cry Wolfe, Inc.) has been working several weeks with the Norcold to correct this, we placed a digital thermometer in the freezer and refrigerator to monitor the temperature as they attempt to isolate the problem. Knowing that there are numerous variables for each make and model of other Heartland owner’s refrigerator and digital thermometers, I would be curious how other owners Norcold & Dometic refrigerators are performing.
