No commercial vehicles or RVs allowed on highways in Central PA. 45 MPH speed limit for all others. REALLY starting to crank up outside. Watching trees and Bighorn rock in the wind right now.

[Westwind]

In Rhode Island we are looking at 3 to 5 Ft. storm surge forcasted. Right now we are looking at 45 - 51 MPH wind gusts with increases to 70. Have seen pictures of flooding in downtown Newport which is located on the harbor front and many streets in the downtown waterfront along the coast have been closed. So far we still have power but the southern end of the island closer to the ocean seems to have extensive power outages reported. Our lights have been flickering on and off all day.
Our house and the FW are plastered with leaves so it looks like the power washer will be in use tomorrow to clean everything off that is if we have electricity.
