Is it nessasary to remove our lcd tv during the winter? We are in upstate New York and it gets very cold. Did not know if the temperature affects the TV

Re: LCD over the winterwinter

I left my 32" LCD in our rig over last winter to see what would happen here in Wisconsin. It was fine. This year I left the other 3 in with it. I store in private enclosed locked storage so thieves haven't been an issue for me.

Re: LCD over the winterwinter

I have always left ours in over the winter. Only problem we ever had was a couple yrs. ago we left for Fl. on a real cold morning and when we stopped for the night it was still cold , when I tried to start the TV it would not start. Took about 15-20 mins. for the Coach to warm a bit then it started right up and has been fine ever since.

Re: LCD over the winterwinter

Just discussed this a few days ago on another thread. Let the TV warm up gradually before using it so there's no condensation inside.
