What model pin box is used on Big Country? I tried to figure it out yesterday at the dealership. I didn't get to take off the fiberglass cover to fully investigate and I would like to get a cushioned hitch for it.

Have your model number and VIN (if possible) and call Heartland Monday. Your dealer should be able to tell you also and help with new pin box. Most of the Big Country, Big Horns and Landmarks use the 1621HD pin box. But you should check for sure.
