Looks like we have the frame flex

Hadn't heard anything about the Lippert frames flexing until I noticed our 2012 Greystone doing it recently.
The screw cover trim frame caulking on the curbside panel under the bedroom is indicating movement.
After re-caulking the frame to panel area we noticed the caulk has a gap when the fivers weight is on the truck.

Haven't noticed a gap on the roadside of the trailer when hitched.
Another problem when hitched is the bathroom door moves up 3\16" so it won't stay latched while underway.
This is after 4 months of ownership and 3 trips out and back.
We still have 8 months of warranty left.

Mostly worried about keeping this area caulked and sealed properly to prevent water damage and delamination.

Guessing I'll need to talk to the selling dealer and see if they can handle this for us locally :(
If we have to pay out of pocket for local frame repair I'm hoping the rest of our warranty stays in place.
Hauling the coach back to Indiana would be very difficult for us to arrange.

All this has me very worried now.

Hi Thats_Ok,

Call Heartland Customer Service at 877-262-8032 / 574-262-8030. Have your VIN # ready.

Before calling, take some pictures on and off the hitch that clearly show the problem. They'll work something out to get it fixed.
