Mallard 251 AC and Heater come on at the same time.

Hello.

I've got a 251BH I got a few months ago new from Camping World. When I turn the heat on, about half the time the AC comes on too. Kind of defeats the purpose when the AC is blowing cold and the heater is blowing heat. I've played with the thermostat and haven't seen a change in the behavior.


Example - I hit more and set Cool to 74, hit mode again and set heat to 72. Leave it there and wait about 5 seconds and both start up.

Any ideas?
