This weekend while camping, my 30 amp breaker tripped on me twice in the middle of the night, shutting power off to my central AC. The breaker tripping is nothing new to me, as it has tripped before, but only when it made logical sense (i.e.: turning one too many fans on, turning the ac on and off too fast, etc.), but never in the middle of the night, with no other loads on that circuit. The 20 amp breaker was still holding strong and running the other AC. I did notice the next morning that the AC wasn't cycling, even when set in Auto mode, until the slide hit about 80 (it was way colder than that inside). It almost acts as if the fan is ON, rather than AUTO. I only now considered the two being possibly connected as I type this. Even still, I don't know what impact that would have on the genny's breaker.
