Michelin XPS Ribs & Sundance 2900MK

Has any one with a Sundance 2900 MK replaced the ST235/80/R16 tires with Michelin XPS Ribs LT 235/85/R16 tires?

Has the different size caused any clearance problems?

Has the different construction caused any handling problems?

I just replaced mine while returning home from Fl. We rolled out a 235/85/R16 since that is what the guy had but thought it might rub something once mounted. It may not have but it looked close so we went with original size, he was able to get right away in town.

If I understand your reply correctly, you went with the original size of 235/80/16. As this size is not available for a Michelin RBS rib, what tire did you purchase?

I think they are Primera's ? Something like that, can't remember and I'm too comfy to go out and find out, lol.
