You can get a lot of the manuals if you look up the manuf. have the make and model numbers beforehand. Our coach was new but short 2 manuals including a general manual about the trailer itself, I called Heartland and they promply sent one out.
Don't feel bad about not knowing about an unmarked switch, when we did our pre delivery inspection, the guy showing us around didn't know what that switch did. But he is in and out of a lot of coaches. How about marking the switch Heartland, all the others are marked. My best bet its the switch for the awning lights.
