New Pioneer Owner From Mississippi

Hello I am a new owner of a 2018 Heartland Pioneer 185SO.

It's exactly what I was looking for with the small weight and the super slide.

I had to travel a couple hundred miles to get it and took it to the nearest campground and tested it for a few days.

Unfortunately I don't see a lot of literature on the 185SO. Am I missing it?

Where can I find things like, make and model of hot water heater?

Heartland doesn't produce model specific manuals for individual models. They produce a generic manual every couple of years.
You can find them in the Tools section of this forum. Here is a link to the 2017 manual (closest to your year).

Manuals from products made by other manufacturer in your RV , water heaters, furnace, stove, etc. are in the same place. You will have to figure out which water heater you have. Look at the labels on the specific item. Then search for the correct manual.

Welcome to the group. As mentioned, the manuals can be found above. Plus, once you find the manufacturer of the appliance you can go to their website for manuals.

If you’d like to know the specific model of an appliance such as a “cold” water heater, you can call heartland customer service and have your VIN (last six) in hand. They will tell you exactly what was installed in your specific unit.

I think I'll do that.
