Each dealership, including Camping World, is different. Some have good service, some have bad, some will do warranty work some won't or only if you purchased from them. Even if you buy it from a distant dealer for a great price, you will most likely either be on the road when something breaks or go to your local dealer, whether you bought from them or not because it is close to home. Get the best price you can, from anywhere. Try to get you local dealer to match the price. If they won't match, buy from the distant dealer. If your local dealer won't work on your rig, Heartland will approve warranty work from and independent RV repair or mobil repair. I purchased my rig from ExporeUSA in Dallas saving thousands of dollars and all my warranty work has been performed by my local dealer in San Diego who has given me excellent service.
