New Purchase with MANY problems on first trip

I think another issues at hand with a few things is model knowledge as well as equipment knowledge. I don't know if some of these guys know how some equipment work or how it is suppose to work. At the heart of most things I think it comes down to dollars as well as the ability to care about the person they are selling the unit too. We are a paycheck to them and that is all.
