Ok, I'm starting to get frustrated. Now I have multiple areas on my roof that are bubbled. I can't rotate my tv antenna because when they built my expensive coach the put sealant up the side of the part that is supposed to turn. The bottom bracket for my ladder seems about ready to pull out from the back wall. I have two bubbles (possible delam) on the side of my coach. There is a gap in my shower where they put the control knob but did it off center. Come on Heartland. I chose you over a Montana. I paid more for you than a Montana. I expect better quality control. Did anybody do a pre shipment inspection on my coach?

i see a long time without my coach in the very near future and that just increases my frustration. So much waiting and anticipating to get my dream coach but now the dream is starting to become a nightmare.

Ronn. I enjoyed reading all of your great questions (even helped a time or two myself) before you bought. Leaned a thing or two myself....even bought my Viair pump because of one of your threads.

Sorry to hear you are now on the other side of that experience but just like the waiting you had to do you will get through this!

best,

Ronn & Sarah, I'm so sorry to hear about some more of your unit's issues. While you were waiting for your unit I was convinced you were one of Heartland's best ambassadors. Too bad they didn't make the most of that opportunity. However, they do have an opportunity to make things right by adequately repairing those things that have surfaced. I myself wonder about HL quality control as we spend more time in our new Landmark. Things surely would be different were I involved in their final inspection process. Luckily for us we have not been stricken with major troubles up to this point, but when reading posts about others problems I have taken to looking more closely at my coach to hopefully catch any potential problems before they become disastrous. After reading one of your previous posts I found loose water lines to and from my water pump. Luckily I found those prior to ever filling our potable water tank and turning the pump on. I've moved the transfer switch/surge protector up off the floor to an elevated location to avoid potential flooding. I've taken to climbing over every inch of my unit to find issues and so far have been lucky indeed. Best of luck to you and Sarah with those issues. We all wish you the best.
