Norcold 2118X not properly cooling

My refrigerator has stopped properly cooling. The freezer is frozen, but the lower refrigerator section not cooling properly. We turned the settings up to 6 but we can still tell a difference in the coolness of food and drinks. We bought a small RV fan and that does not seem to help and we are not over filling it. Need some advice please.

If the freezer is working normally, but the refrigerator compartment is not, you may have an air leak. First thing to check is the operation of the flap that seals the opening between the 2 refrigerator doors. If it's not closing, warm air will enter the refrigerator.

With the right-hand door open so you can watch the left-hand door and its flap, open and close the left-hand door to see what's happening. If the flap isn't moving smoothly, try a drop of oil at top and bottom.

If the flap is not closing, the door can be adjusted by removing the left hand door and placing nylon washers on the lower hinge. This problem is very common.
