North Bound I5 Closed

If you are travelling in the Portland,OR area be prepared for major delays. The I5 North is closed near Woodland, WA DUE to mud slides. This area has received record rainfall in the past few days and there is a great deal of flooding. Wal-Mart parking lot in Woodland is full of trucks that are stranded. Yesterday, we saw a campground north ( Kalama ) of Woodland that was under 3 feet of water.

For once, I am happy to not be travelling with our RV, we flew up last week to visit our son's family in Woodland.
