Well I just received a response from Customer Service and they are only willing to pay half for the re-paint of my front cap on my 2011 Cyclone 3950 HD. It seems the vendor who did the initial paint job had some bad clear coat or something and the top 1/4 of my cap is oxidized real bad. I understand the unit is 2 years old but if it's not my doing it shouldn't cost me anything. I accepted the half but I am really not happy about it. You know everytime we go down the highway or into an RV Park we are advertizing these units for Heartland. I always tell folks that this is the best toy hauler on the market. I still believe that but I am really not happy at how much I paid for something and it looks like it's 10 years old already. Enough ranting. I still believe in this product and hopefully when I get it back from the RV Repair it will look like it's supposed to.
