Below is the preliminary agenda for the rally. A final agenda will be included in the rally packets you’ll receive upon check-in.

Tuesday - June 10th (early day)
- "On-Your-Own" Day
- Breakfast on your own or available from KOA at your own cost in KOA Convention Center from 8am to 10am
- Socializing on your own, trailer touring, doing your own thing, shows and local sites as you desire
- Possible caravan to Lamberts (Home of the Throwed Rolls) for dinner, each pays his own, to be coordinated by early attendees
Wednesday - June 11th (early day)
- "On-Your-Own" Day
- Breakfast on your own or available from KOA at your own cost in KOA Convention Center from 8am to 10am
- Socializing on your own, trailer touring, doing your own thing, shows and local sites as you desire
Thursday - June 12th (first official rally day)
- Breakfast on your own or available from KOA at your own cost in KOA Convention Center from 8am to 10am
- Socializing on your own, trailer touring, doing your own thing, shows and local sites as you desire
- Potluck Dinner and Welcome Reception from 6pm to 8pm in KOA Convention Center
Friday - June 13th
- Breakfast on your own or available from KOA at your own cost in KOA Convention Center from 8am to 10am
- Socializing on your own, trailer touring, doing your own thing, shows and local sites as you desire
- Factory Roundtable (time tbd)
- *Seminars from 11am to 3pm (schedule tbd)
- Light lunch (sandwiches) in KOA Convention Center from 11:30 to 12:30
- Dixie Stampede Dinner and Show (first set of vans leave KOA ~3:45, 2nd set of vans leave ~4:30)
Saturday - June 14th
- Breakfast on your own or available from KOA at your own cost in KOA Convention Center from 8am to 10am
- Socializing on your own, trailer touring, doing your own thing, shows and local sites as you desire
- *Seminars from 11am to 3pm (schedule tbd)
- Lunch on your own
- Heartland sponsored dinner and entertainment in KOA Convention Center from 5pm to 9pm
- Drawing for Door Prizes (after dinner)
Sunday - June 15th (last official rally day)
- Fathers' Day and Rally Farewell Breakfast from KOA (sponsored by Club) in KOA Convention Center at 8am (breakfast remains available to 10am)
- Goodbyes and travel home for most
*Seminars
- Nick Russell from The Gypsy Journal will be giving us two RVing seminars
- Stacey Frank will give us a short seminar on tire safety
- Mike and Pat McFall will give us a short seminar on the Pressure Pro Tire Monitoring System and a demo of Power Tank
- Ken and Kathy Adams will give us a short seminar/demo of Rescue Tape
- Jim Beletti and "possibly" John Morgan and/or Michael Kidd will do a demo of all of the online assets of the Heartland Owners Club (Forum, Chat, Position, Gallery etc.)
Rig Weighing
- We plan to have Stacey and Gail Frank at the rally this year from Weigh-It, offering you their rig weighing service (~$45). If you've never used this sort of a service, please treat yourself to it. Knowing your wheel-by-wheel, axle-by-axle weights of both the truck and trailer are invaluable. Armed with the report, you'll have a true sense of your trailer and truck loading and will be able to make adjustments accordingly.
