We are here waiting for our new Thomas Payne furniture to be delivered to Countryside Interiors.
They are also the ones that did our new carpet last summer.
Joshua and his gang have been great to work with.

BOSE 700 Sound system

I guess I could post a project that I did a few days ago.
I decided to swap out the Sound bar and sub woofer from the Factory stuff.
We did the BOSE 700 with Alexa. Also the BOSE 700 Sub woofer and surround speakers.
I'm really liking the Alexa feature. We are still trying to figure out how to operate all of her features.
As for the sound, well I do think it really sounds good but I'm sure I probably could have done that at a 1/4 of the price. However I'm loving it and Alexa is really cool.
Now I need to get here in to my home.

I plan on replacing the TV in here also very soon. Wanting a new 4K TV with a much better picture. And I will put it on a HD pull out bracket so all 4 heated recliners of the new furniture will have the perfect view of the TV.
Unfortunately I think I just added more weight. AGAIN :/

Once I replace all of that I will put some teflon guide/supports on the bottom of the cabinet under the sound bar mounting brackets to support everything while traveling.

Jerrod,

On the Alexa feature of the Sound System, use the Amazon Music app to create playlists. You can use your own music that's on your computer, or music that comes with Amazon Prime, or music from the Amazon Music Unlimited subscription. Then you just say, "Alexa, play Jerrod Playlist 1", or "Alexa, play Rhonda Playlist Favorites, Shuffle."

"Alexa pause" and "Alexa resume" are handy if the phone rings.

Ok Dan thanks for the info.

I really like the pause feature, I have been using it a lot.
Also like that she can turn everything ON in the morning, and off when told.
Definitely liking it.

It might be a bit much for the trailer, but we upgraded our home TV to a Sony OLED. OMG.....Amazing picture! More than I would do for the trailer, but you use your trailer so much more than us. Curious about your new furniture. I'm thinking of ditching the sofa and going with 2 more recliners. Is that what you did?

For me, the peace of mind, knowing that I don't have leaf springs and axles is very comforting and worth some amount of money.

That said, IS can fail as well but it's very rare.

I'm with ya on the disc brakes - amazing. Call me a nut job, but I'm planning to add (disc brakes, not IS) them to my new 31' travel trailer!

Disks breaks saved us the first three miles after we left the national rally in Los Vegas. Tropicana road work went on for three years and was almost completed. The light changed from green, one second yellow, the red. At 45mph and much less then length of my rig I was able to stop about a foot further than I should have under normal conditions. That lights timing was fixed by the time I went down Tropicana a month later.

IS has apparently helped many, but I chose to try the Joy Rider shock system. We have yet to have the freezer or fridge empty onto the floor again. Nothing flies out of the upper cabinets any more or falls out when we open them after traveling. So we are happy with the Joy Rider Shock System.

New Thomas Payne furniture.
We Ordered it from our friends at Countryside Interiors in Juction city Oregon. They are the ones that put in the new Carpet last year.
We stayed at the really nice new Guaranty RV park right in Juction city. As we waited for our new furniture. We also had some beautiful snowy weather, See picture. :)
We replaced our Couch and theater seats with the new Thomas Payne furniture.
4 electric, heated, massaging, recliners and the center of the couch is a manual recliner with flip down center. Thought fit on the couch but it did fit between the two shelves.

TV swap out in the Ashland.
The Ashland has the 43' opening to squeeze in a new Samsung Q6 50" TV. I also modified the factory bracket and moved it back 1.24" into the cabinet, because I wanted to also use pull out and swivel mount. I did this project while in Oregon so it was a bit challenging not having all off my tools and resources. However it came out fairly well. Here's some pictures.

These are skid blocks I made to support and retain the entire assembly while traveling.

Wow - that turned out real nice for just having some basic hand tools.

After we work on my ESS Energy (Storage System) box and I'm sitting in your new furniture, drinking your California wine (the good stuff), I'd like to see the picture of this new TV and the sound from the new sound bar. :) :) :)
