We received our 3585RL last May and managed to get it out on 4 road trips. Overall, we love everything about our condo on wheels. Tows great, storage huge, quality of construction great, and the floor plan is excellent for how we use it. Warranty items were all handled right: bathroom sink did not match toilet and shower, rubber seal pulled off bottom of one of the slides, and the table came with a scratch. We had a leaky air bed in the couch that was replaced, but are still not fans of air bed.
We were solid Jayco owners for the past 20 years, but believe what you got for your money with a Bighorn was a much better buy. As you try to decide on the right unit for you, make sure you think everything through. Never buy a trailer with a fridge in the rear, as the bounce in the rear is massive and your fridge shelves will drop. We make 90% of our meals outside, so fridge location near door is huge. Think about whether your a couch or chair user and its relation to the TV. Many TV's don't turn. Bottom line envision every facet of use and don't get caught up with just initial looks.
