Rain water leaking from door tops

I have a heartland fuel 362. The main entry door and 2 of the 3 compartments on the same side are leaking rain water from the tops of the doors. I have taped plastic over the tops stretched halfway down the doors. With the heavy rains we had the past couple days I have checked inside and there have been no leaks during this heavy rain. What could possibly be the issue? Seals and gaskets are all in place.

You may need to re-chalk around the doors at the top and down the sides.
