Rear Emergency Window

I have a 2013 Torque 325 and the drivers side rear emergency window has shattered. I am talking about the window in the toy hauler area. I cannot get a replacement part number from anyone. I have contacted my dealer and Heartland direct. Does anyone know if they have part numbers for replacement windows? I have contacted a local glass company but the cost is pretty high compared to the replacement Heartland thinks will work. Heartland wants me to measure the window to see if it matches the measurement of the one they see in the system. The measurements I took tonight do not match what's in their system. Am I forced to go with the local glass company? Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Is there a name tag on the window for the manufacturer? You may have to contact them.

I'm not sure how manufacturers or Heartland uses window dimensions but you may have to remove the window frame and give the the opening size.
